Refund Policy

Refund Policy for PostSchool.in

At PostSchool.in, we strive to ensure that our users are satisfied with the services and resources we provide. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are issued for any paid services on our platform.

1. Free Services

Most of our offerings-such as browsing colleges, institutions, coaching classes, and accessing question papers-are free of charge. No refund is applicable for free services.

2. Paid Services

If you purchase any premium services from PostSchool.in (such as career counseling sessions, personalized reports, or paid access to exclusive content), you may be eligible for a refund under the conditions outlined below.

3. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund if:

  • You were charged more than once for the same service
  • You were unable to access the purchased service due to a verified technical issue from our end
  • You cancel a service before it has been delivered or started (as applicable)

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:-

If the service has already been rendered or accessed

- If you are not satisfied with the service but it was delivered as promised

- If the refund request is made after 7 days of purchase

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at support@postschool.in with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Registered email Id
  • Date and Time of transaction
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Any relevant supporting documents or screenshots
5. Refund Processing

Once your request is received, we will review it within 3-5 business days. If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment within 7-10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
